Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings made through mia-cruiseport-taxi.com and by phone with MIA Cruise Port Taxi, a service operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA. By completing a booking you accept these terms.

Bookings and quotes

  • Quotes are generated at booking time and are fixed for the itinerary quoted: pickup, drop-off, date, time, vehicle class, declared passengers and luggage, and any extras selected.
  • The fare includes the driver, fuel, tolls, standard airport parking, meet and greet, flight tracking, and free waiting time as described below.
  • Changes to the itinerary (addresses, stops, times, vehicle class) may change the fare. We will confirm any new price before applying it.

Waiting time

  • Airport pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting after landing for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals.
  • Cruise port and other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting from the scheduled time; for post-cruise pickups we monitor ship arrival and adjust at no charge.
  • Waiting beyond the free allowance may be billed at the rate shown at booking.

Cancellations and no-shows

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
  • Between 24 and 3 hours before pickup: 30% of the fare is charged.
  • Less than 3 hours before pickup, or no-show: 50% of the fare is charged, plus any parking or waiting fees already incurred.
  • Date, time and flight changes made before pickup are free; the fare is recalculated only if the route or vehicle changes.

Passenger responsibilities

  • Provide accurate flight numbers, ship names, addresses and contact details. Timing advice we give (for example earliest safe return flights) is guidance based on typical port and airport conditions, not a guarantee of carrier schedules.
  • Passenger counts and luggage must fit the booked vehicle class; the driver may decline loads exceeding the vehicle’s safe capacity.
  • Children must use appropriate child restraints as required by Florida law; seats are available as booking extras when requested in advance.
  • Smoking and open alcohol containers are not permitted in vehicles, except where lawfully arranged in licensed limousine or party bus hires.

Our responsibilities and limits

  • We provide licensed, insured drivers and maintained vehicles, and we monitor flights and ship arrivals to time pickups reasonably.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including traffic incidents, weather, port or airport closures and security operations. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
  • We are not responsible for missed sailings or flights where the passenger declined our recommended pickup time; where our error causes a missed connection, we will refund the fare in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe at the time of booking. Receipts are emailed automatically. Disputed charges should be raised with us first at [email protected] so we can resolve them quickly.

Lost property

Found items are held for 30 days. Contact dispatch with your booking reference and we will arrange return; shipping costs may apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
