MIA to Virgin Voyages Terminal V

Sea Terminal V: the adults-only send-off done properly

8 miles15-20 minutesFixed fare from $89

Virgin Voyages built its home at the far southeast corner of PortMiami, and Terminal V is unlike the rest of the port: palm-lined, red-and-white, and designed to feel more like a boutique hotel lobby than a processing hall. Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady and their sisters sail from here on adults-only itineraries, and the crowd flying into MIA for them skews toward couples and friend groups who want the vacation to start at the curb.

Getting there takes the same 15 to 20 minutes as any PortMiami transfer, but the last half-mile differs: Terminal V has its own access loop past the main terminal row, and rideshare drivers unfamiliar with the port routinely drop passengers at the wrong end of Dodge Island, a hot ten-minute walk with luggage. Our drivers run this route constantly and pull directly into the Terminal V drop-off plaza.

Virgin runs check-in by booked arrival windows starting around 1:30 PM, later than most lines, with boarding continuing until roughly an hour before the typical 6:00 or 7:00 PM sailaway. That schedule is friendly to morning flights: land at MIA at noon, and you have time for lunch on Brickell or a first look at Bayside before your window opens. Ask us about an en-route stop; adding one to your booking costs less than a second ride.

The fare is fixed from $89, tolls and airport meet and greet included. For a pre-cruise night in South Beach or downtown, we also run hotel-to-Terminal-V transfers the next day, so the whole approach to your Lady ship is booked in two clicks.
