The price you see at booking is the price you pay at the terminal. These are not add-ons; they come standard on every cruise transfer.
See how pricing worksRiders who made their ships
Embarkation mornings and walk-off pickups are where a cruise transfer earns its keep. Here is how ours have gone.
Book your ownFlight from Chicago landed 40 minutes late and the driver was still standing there with our name. Terminal D curb at 12:30, on the ship by 1:15.
We flew into Miami for a Fort Lauderdale sailing because the fares were half price. The fixed quote to Port Everglades made the decision easy.
Eleven of us, one Sprinter, one price. The driver knew Terminal A had a separate drop lane and skipped the whole queue.
Post-cruise pickup was the part I worried about. He texted while we were still in the customs line and pulled up as we walked out.
Booked a car from the Fontainebleau to Terminal V. Driver called the bell desk ahead, bags went straight in, and we beat the checkout rush.
Two ships, same family, different ports. They coordinated both cars on one call and both groups boarded on time.
Quick answers
The things cruisers ask before they book.
Do you serve both PortMiami and Port Everglades from MIA?
Yes, that is the core of what we do. From Miami International Airport we run fixed-fare transfers to all seven PortMiami cruise terminals (8 miles, 15-20 minutes) and to every numbered terminal at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale (26 miles, 30-45 minutes), plus the return trips after your cruise.
What happens if my flight into MIA is delayed?
Nothing you need to manage. We track your flight number and shift the pickup automatically to your actual landing time. Waiting is free for 30 minutes on domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on international ones, which covers immigration and baggage on almost every flight.
How far in advance should I book my cruise transfer?
Book as soon as you know your flight and ship. Embarkation days concentrate demand between 10 AM and 2 PM, and larger vehicles like SUVs and Sprinters sell out first on peak weekends. Most guests book two to six weeks ahead; same-day is often possible but never guaranteed.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The fare you see at booking is the fare you pay: driver, fuel, tolls, airport parking, meet and greet and standard waiting time are all inside it. Traffic on I-95 or a slow customs line changes nothing. No meters, no surge.
Which cruise terminal will my ship use?
Tell us your ship name and sail date and we confirm it for you. At PortMiami: Royal Caribbean uses Terminal A, Norwegian B, Carnival C and D, MSC E and F, Virgin Voyages Terminal V. At Port Everglades, terminals are numbered: Princess at 2, Celebrity at 4, Royal Caribbean at 18 and 25, Holland America at 21, Carnival at 19, 26 and 29.
